Lighter in tone than Nunc Stans but still quite dark. The little pulses of rhythm and the variety of sounds are impressive. Looks like I have a rich backcatalog of releases to catch up on.

The level of inspiration, amount of amazing releases, it reminds me of Steve Roach somewhat. Anthony Paul Kerby just releases one masterpiece after the other, and not only under his moniker Nunc Stans, but as The Circular Ruins, Fictions and Poetics, and together with Robert Davies, as The Winterhouse as well.. I immediately loved the ‘dreamyness’ of Displaced, combined with the adventurousness that is always part of APK’s work. I think Displaced is another jewel in APK’s catalog, a must

Endless Possibilities could stand for the way you can let go while sculpting, creating the amazing soundscapes like Anothony Paul Kerby does.. Admittedly this album had to grow on me. But as we, musicfreaks, all know: the ‘grow-albums’ get under the skin and will forever be special and you just feel instinctively the right moments for those albums. The opening could be a The Winterhouse-track, soon a fantastic soundjourney starts, sometimes it even feels like ‘jazz-ambient’! Recommended
